ISAT is specifically referenced in the ATC-69 “Reducing the Risks of Non-Structural Earthquake Damage” released on February 29th, 2010. As many of you know this document is a guideline published by the Applied Technology Council and is funded and used by both the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.
